Bug Description
System/app Information:
- Ubuntu 20.04.2 "Focal Fossa"
- GNOME Terminal 3.36.2
- Dash is on the bottom of the screen (unsure if it plays a part in this bug)
- No GNOME Extensions enabled
Expected behaviour:
1. Assume terminal window size of 80 x 24
2. Maximise the terminal such that it covers the full screen
3. Restore the window
4. Terminal window size should back at 80 x 24
Current behaviour
1. Assume terminal window size of 80 x 24
2. Maximise the terminal such that it covers the full screen
3. Restore the window
4. New terminal window size is at 79 x 23
5. Repeat 2 and 3 and the window will slowly shrink (at about 10 repetitions the difference will be obvious to the eye)
