Bug Description
Tried to create a twitter account. Got the webpage, entered data, got the "redirecting back" message, then.. no account appears in system settings.
It failed in the same manner 3 times, then it worked.

I have observed that occasionally, and so did davmor2. However, it seemed related to intermittent network connectivity.
Right now, we lack a reproducible test case for this issue.
