Allow the table to be sorted by most recently updated and/or most recently commented on

It would be beneficial to allow the user to sort the table by a) MPs that were most recently committed to and b) MPs that most recently have comments on. The first would allow reviewers to detect which MPs might be ready to re-inspect and the second would do the same but also make it easier to determine if the author, team, or community has questions or comments that need responding to.

Also, currently the "Time in queue" and "Date created" are rather synonymous. Perhaps "Date created" could be changed to "Date updated"?
