Bug Description

In preparation for full shell rotation we need the emulator to provide support for app developers

Then we need to investigate the effect of such rotation across our stack and understand what needs to be done.

Currently the emulator supports rotation, but everything inside the emulator doesn't seem to be informed about the new device orientation. Any estimates on when this will be fixed?
