Adding a feed is unintuitive

Bug Description

Click on + add a read, this gives you a text box to add a feed however the next button is never clickable.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Shorts
2. Swipe up the actions bar
3. Click on + Add reads
4. Type in a valid address (planet.ubuntu.com/rss20.xml)
5. Try clicking on next
6. Now hit enter
7. Now select the feed you just added
8. Now hit the checkbox
9. Now the next button becomes available to click.

Options:
1. Don't show the Next button unless you can click it
2. Allow the next button to be clicked instead of the enter key
3. Redesign the whole + feed page.

We will be happy if someone will provide new design for our app (with new header too).
And I want to note current version was approved by our previous designer (Lisette)...

I think the process should be the following:
1. Open Shorts
2. Swipe up in the action bar
3. Click on + Add Reads. It will show the "Add feeds" with the input selection, hide the Next button
4. Either type in the (a) subject, source, etc. OR (b) URL
- Note: When the input is NOT empty, enable clicking Next as well as allowing entering via the Return / Enter key.
4a / 5. If (a), show list of relevant results, allow user to select via existing checkbox process and clicking Next. If (b), have it immediately validate the URL. If the URL is valid and returns a properly encoded XML feed, skip to step #6 without any user input.
6. Choose topic selection should remain the same. No UX issues with it.

Any design issues should be discussed with official design team..
