TextField onAccepted is fired twice when enter or return is pressed

Bug Description
Recent test failures on the CI Dashboard for the Shorts app [1] have been found to due to the TextField component's "accepted" singal firing twice when the Enter or Return key is pressed. An easy example of the behavior can be seen on a simple app [2].
