Bug Description
If a backport request contains a patch and also is reported against ubuntu then it gets flagged for Ubuntu Review Team.
Backports have a review process and it is not necessary for Ubuntu Review Team to process these patches.
This is an unusual case because a backport request should not be reported against ubuntu nor do they frequently have patches. Even if its a rare case it would probably be best if your script skipped over bugs that are reported against ubuntu AND backports (lucid-backports, karmic-backports, etc...)
