Switch, or investigate, using the event MPM?

We currently use the worker MPM due to a bug in older versions of apache2 (LP:1466926). Now that most are being redeployed with Focal and newer versions of apache2, we should revisit this.

Perhaps do some benchmark testing comparing event MPM vs. worker MPM. Also gather a ratio of what would be .deb (pool) vs. non-.deb (dists) to use for benchmarking.

We should also include flavors used in other public clouds (Azure Standard D2_v2/D3_v2, GCE e2-standard-16, and AWS c3.4xlarge/c4.8xlarge/c5.9xlarge). Most of which were selected due to higher ntework bandwidth cap/limit but we should maximise on the no. of vCPU cores.
