Could you describe how you enabled the real-time kernel? Are you using Ubuntu Advantage?

Also, we would like to collect some additional information about your system. From a terminal, please run the following:

apport-collect BUG_ID
or to a file:
apport-bug --save /tmp/report.BUG_ID linux

If apport can't be run:
1) uname -a > uname-a.log
2) dmesg > dmesg.log
3) sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
4) cat /proc/version_signature > version.log

Changed in ubuntu-realtime:
status: New → Triaged
importance: Undecided → Medium

Hi,

sorry for the late reply.

I enabled my real time kernel via ubuntu pro:

1. Create an ubuntu account and made a Ubuntu Pro Subscription

2. From terminal

>> pro attach <token> (token from the ubuntu account)
>> pro enable realtime-kernel

I am currently running 5.15.0-1041-realtime kernel.

I attached the requested files to the email.

Thanks for the support, best

Maria

Hi Maria,

Thank you for the info. Could you also run the following commands on with the generic kernel and the wifi device working:

dmesg > dmesg-generic.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-generic-vvnn.log

Can you test the v5.15.0-1045 kernel, which is now in -updates?
