wrong rsync address in download page

Bug Description

For example, on https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/449/builds/288369/downloads

It says: rsync://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20231011/mantic-desktop-amd64.iso

It should be rsync://cdimage.ubuntu.com/cdimage/daily-live/20231011/mantic-desktop-amd64.iso

Both these URL's point to the same webpage with same images and SHA. Could you add more info as to why the url *should* be the one specified?

So either the rsync server has wrong configuration or the webpage has wrong info.
