Bug Description
goa-daemon is causing a lot of wakeup events on raring. I'm seeing ~2 wakeups a second which seems excessive. What is it doing?
I've straced it and I see the following:

so it seems quite busy on an eventfd for some reason.
Anyhow, can we see if we can reduce this excessive amount of wakeups? I'd hate to see this chew up my battery for no reason at all.

Apparently I shouldn't have it installed anyhow, so no idea how it got installed. I just ran an update from quantal -> raring and it got installed. So it's kind of academic as it won't be used by most unity users.
