Bug Description

https://openstack-ci-reports.ubuntu.com/artifacts/test_charm_pipeline_func_full/openstack/charm-ceph-osd/677693/3/3669/index.html seems to be a failed build; however, when the func_full log is opened, the build is reported as a success, before the whole build step is marked as a failure
