Bug Description
When using the Displays panel in System Settings, I cannot set Rotation to 'Counter-clockwise' because I am unable to click on 'Keep This Configuration' after clicking the 'Apply' button.
It seems that after a screen rotation, the touch input doesn't respond correctly.
