Bug Description

indicator-messages 0.5.0-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu 11.10

There is no way of telling, just by glancing, what your instant messaging status is.

This used to be possible in the Me Menu, but was not ported when that menu was merged into the messaging menu.

The envelope should be overlaid with a color emblem representing your current status. Specification: <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MessagingMenu#Title>

It may make sense to fix bug 790020 at the same time as this bug.
