samsung Q1 ultra does not wake up after suspend

As instructed on the IRC channel and on 225441, I report that Samsung Q1 Ultra does not wake up completely after suspend. It can hibernate and resume fine (sudo pm-hibernate).

If I choose "suspend" from the buttons or by sliding the power button, the unit appears to suspend/sleep fine. However, pressing any buttons, sliding the button etc does not wake it up. It was reproduced on other units at the IRC channel.

Sometimes, I am able to enter to konsoles with "ctrl-alt f1" but other times, I see a white bar on the button that advances almost to the end but not quite.
