Claws Mail - Navigation button too small

<Environment: Q1 and Jax10>

Summary:
The navigation buttons at the bottom of the interface are too small to be useful on the mobile device screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Claws Mail
2) Attempt to click the tiny buttons at the bottom of the screen with finger or stylus

Expected result:
Buttons are easy to use on all resolutions

Actual result:
Button are too small to be easily used at even 800x480 resolution.
