Bug Description
Summary:
When creating an offline draft in the Journal applet, the Save As dialog drop down menus are truncated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) launch journal
2) New ->Choose offline draft
3) Enter some text
4) Save As
Expected result:
Dialog is scaled and all drop downs are visible
Actual result:
Drop down menus are truncated
