Bug Description

Hello all,

I am running Ubuntu Mate 20.04.5 LTS (Focal Fossa) on a raspberry pi400, kernel release 5.4.0-1078-raspi.

My system hangs up, when ram is exceeds 80% of ram.

I have managed to run htop when i notice the system starts to lag (and my ram usage has exceeded 40%) and i noticed cups-browsed alone is hogging up the memory (+30% of ram).

I then run,
sudo service cups-browsed restart

cups then returns to 0.3% and my system runs normally.

my current version of cups is (apt policy cups-core-drivers),
cups-core-drivers:
  Installed: 2.3.1-9ubuntu1.2
  Candidate: 2.3.1-9ubuntu1.2
  Version table:
 *** 2.3.1-9ubuntu1.2 500
        500 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports focal-security/main arm64 Packages
        500 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports focal-updates/main arm64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     2.3.1-9ubuntu1 500

I am available to answer any queries and to give additional information.

Thank you all.
