Bug Description
After I upgraded from 20.04 to 22.04 and clicking on the Sound Icon in the notification area brings up a menu that does not contain all the entries. See attached screenshots.
The little "down arrow" at the bottom of the menu does not scroll correctly (the menu seems to randomly jump around) and it is not possible to select the items that aren't immediately visible. For the sound icon, this means I can't open the "Sound Preferences" window from here.
The battery icon has the same problem, where only 1 line is visible and, again, the little down arrows just cause the content of the menu to jerk around a bit, but not scroll sensibly.
