When making right click on Window List you see System Monitor, Preferences, Help, About etc. When clicking System Monitor, Mate System Monitor will start. When clicking Properties, logout will happen. When clicking About, Windows List version number (1.26.2) is shown.
Issue is that Preferences won't open but logout will happen.
This may be connected with bug 1970053 because the behavior is the same.
