In the Radiant-MATE theme (Ambiant-MATE as well) GTK3 applications like Firefox 46+ and "Software Boutique" have scrollbars which are styled differently from the GTK2 ones. An illustration is attached (foreground: Control Center, background: Firefox. Window borders are custom.)
