Bug Description
“If you do choose to run them on a desktop, you will only see a subset of the options mentioned below”
I’m not quite sure how helpful it is, of someone does this test case on a desktop and then gives it a “pass”...
“Set the "Lock on suspend" switch to ON”
We are on the system tab still, I believe, but I don’t see this option there.
“Plug the laptop in
The "Line power" icon reads "Plugged in"
The battery vendor icon displays the status of the battery charge”
I believe we are still plugged in at this point?

power manager has seen some big changes - make the testcase match the app
re desktop/laptop users - some quite important differences here, but we do need to check that bits here that should work on desktop do so
we could possibly (I suppose) change this to Xcfe4 Power manager (Laptop) make it match a laptop and then add a new Xcfe4 Power manager (dekstop) but I think that's a bit over the top
