Install the local deb package, if the package has any dependencies packages which didn't install in system, the status of the installing is “Waiting” until install dependencies packages complete

Install the local deb package, if the package has any dependencies packages which didn't install in system, the status of the installing is Waiting util install dependencies packages complete. User may confuse since they don't know there dependencies packages installing in the background

安装本地deb包时，如果存在未安装的依赖，该本地deb包在软件中心的状态显示为等待中，必须等依赖安装完成，软件才能进行安装。用户不知道依赖在安装，可能会困扰用户

Steps:
1. Download deb packge, and make sure it should install necessary dependencies during install this deb package
2. Right click the deb file, chose open with UKSC
3. Click Install button in UKSC
4. Check the status of the app
----Failed.
The status of the installing is Waiting util install dependencies packages complete
