Some software can't be start by ubuntu-kylin-software-center

1.3.2版本中仍存在

1.3.3版本，软件源这个软件不能通过UKSC启动，权限不足，没有弹出提权的界面

试了一部分其他软件未发现问题。

麻烦小鑫鑫将不能通过UKSC启动的软件列出几个以做后续验证用

软件中心启动软件的确木有对权限的判断，也没有在启动时进行提权处理。。至于有哪些，测试的过程中没有发现软件中心中哪些需要高级权限运行。小鑫鑫暂时布吉岛
