Bug Description
After comment for application, quit the application detail info page, then enter the detail info page again, the comments disappear. Restart UKSC, enter the application detail info page, can see the comment you submitted before.

Steps:
1. Open UKSC,
2. Login UKSC account
3. Chose a application and comment it
4. Quit the application detail info page
5. Enter the application detail info page
6. Check the comments you submitted before
-->Failed. The comments disappear
