Bug Description
The stauts of WPS is "Install" when WPS already installed in the system
Steps:
1. For Ubuntu Trusty 14.04 x32 system, the WPS is default installed
2. Open UKSC
3. Find the WPS in the mainpage
4. Check the status of WPS
-->Failed. The status of WPS is "Install"
Configuration:
PC: Dell Vostro
OS: Ubuntu Trusty 14.04 x32 RC1
UKSC Version: 1.0.0.1-0~121
