Disable ubuntu_overlayfs_smoke_test on older releases

Bug Description

This test is failing on Trusty because of the lack of snap support.

On T-lts-xenial, it's failing with `snap install lxc` command:
  error: cannot perform the following tasks:
  - Mount snap "core22" (858) (snap "core22" assumes unsupported features: snapd2.55.5 (try to update snapd and refresh the core snap))

From what I can see here snapd2.55.5 was not SRU'd to Trusty at all:

After a discussion with Andrea, he suggest us to focus this on Focal and newer releases.

Since the current ubuntu_overlayfs_smoke_test consist the old ubuntu_overlayfs_smoke_test.sh that we used to run on these older releases, I will adjust the test case to run just this test on older releases.
