test_verifier in ubuntu_bpf fails (467) - Permission denied on AMD64 (L-oracle only)

Unlike bug 2024175, this is specific for L-oracle AMD64

This test_verifier test in ubuntu_bpf is failing sub-test 467 with AMD64 (passed with AWS / Azure AMD64 instances) on L-oracle.
