pmu in ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests failed on K-oracle

Open a new bug as it's failing differently than bug 1853797

Issue found on K-oracle-5.19.0-1008.8, with instance VM.DenseIO2.8 and VM.Standard2.1 only

One sub test failed with "FAIL: all counters", and terminates with "Unhandled exception 13 #GP at ip 00000000004014b2" eventually. (Otherwise we should see a statistic in the end)
