Bug Description

The testcase is failing on bionic/linux (4.15.0-162.170) only on this amd64 node (akis):

FAIL: test_140_kernel_modules_not_tainted (__main__.KernelSecurityTest)
kernel modules are not marked with a taint flag (especially 'E' for TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE)

Found on 2022.01.31/bionic/linux/4.15.0-169.177 on amd64 instances akis and exotic skunk

Went down the path of trying to disable the ib_iser module for this specific combination of host and test, but ultimately this doesn't feel like the solution. I think a better solution is to refactor how we run test-kernel-security.py so that we can hint individual test cases. Then we can add a hint for this specific test and hosts.
