run_netsocktests from net in ubuntu_kernel_selftests failed with X-4.15

Note that if you run this test with the ubuntu_kenrel_selftests suite, the error output will be just:

I will target bionic:linux instead of xenial:linux-hwe, this way all the 4.15 derivatives will also receive the fix.

This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem. While running an Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline or third-party kernel) please enter the following command in a terminal window:

apport-collect 1842023
