Bug Description
Take kvm-unit-tests for example,
the test will be marked as passed if the KVM feature is not supported.
However this will make it "green" on the result page. And confusing people with the result.
But if we're failing them, it's still confusing as people will need to go through the report one-by-one to know if it's not working or not supported.
We should have a third status apart from PASS / FAIL, so we can know if it's skipped or not.
