Bug Description

Even with the iperf server unreachable (bug 1780395)
The iperf test can still pass on the SUT

Problem is that the iperf tool will still return 0 in this situation:

ubuntu@s2lp6g004:~$ sudo iperf -y c -c 10.246.72.100 -t 300 -P 5
connect failed: No route to host
connect failed: No route to host
connect failed: No route to host
connect failed: No route to host
connect failed: No route to host
ubuntu@s2lp6g004:~$ echo $?
0

I saw there are some update for the iperf test from the upstream, maybe we can take that into our repo.

Should this bug be duplicated against the work done here since the host has been updated and is now theoretically reachable?: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-kernel-tests/+bug/1780395
