fcntl35 / fcntl35_64 in LTP syscall test failed with T/T-LTS/X kernel

The "fcntl35" and "fcntl35_64" from the LTP syscall tests have failed on a testing node with T-LTS i386 kernel installed (they were not tested on amd64/arm64 because the test was not ready when the SRU starts).
