Bug Description
HTML running in the ubuntu-
The attached test case prints a message each time the mouse wheel is scrolled. It works in the browser, but not in the launcher.

Thanks for the bug report. This is a valid bug but low on the priority list since we're focused on phone / tablet and less on desktop support for html5 apps for now.
