indexbar has css but no javascript

Bug Description

indexbar.css defines styling for data-role="indexbar" but there is no javascript for indexbars and no other indication how they should be declared and used. Is this simply an unfinished implementation perhaps?

Ya this is not part of the Ubuntu SDK, and i don't know if it's going to be implemented or not,
I thought it will be useful for others, there is no JS code for the component, the indexbar is just a list of links with anchors to differentes sections on the same page see here : http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-html5-theme-devs/ubuntu-html5-theme/ambiance/view/head:/0.1/examples/widgets/Indexbar.html

what do you think? should we keep it or drop it ?
