Bug Description
On my Dell Latitude E6430, when pressing Fn + F5, the popup says touchpad is off, but touchpad still is on, this previously worked on Ubuntu 14.04, but now it isn't working in Ubuntu GNOME 15.10.
CPU: i5-3360M
GPU: Intel HD 4000
