Bug Description
On a new and updated Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 install, Systems Settings -> Color is reporting "Unable to Detect Any Devices That Can Be Color Managed".
The video is Intel Haswell and the monitor is a Dell U2713HM. Both are detected correctly.
colord is installed.
In Nautilus, clicking on a custom ICC profile produces an offer to install it, as expected. The install appears to proceed as expected.
gcm-viewer lists the custom profile.
