Bug Description
This is analogous to the previously fixed bug for the main Ubuntu proportional fonts, and relates to the snapshot of hinted Ubuntu Mono Regular that is being used to general test console bitmaps (0.4).
Where an umlaut appears on symmetric or double-stemmed character at a particular pixel size, it should ideally be centred, or the addition, or removal of one pixel of spacing between the dots forming the umlaut to allow that to happen.
