Bug Description
Rendered in 13pt Italic
Sample Glyphs:
,.:; ‚‘’„“” ¿ ¡ ! ?
Description:
The weight of the comma and some double and single quotation marks is too big in 12pt and 13pt italic. The hinting for the quotation marks is a strange thing anyway, also see Bug #654894.

Confirmed: Inconsistent weight across italic single and double quotes and corresponding punctuation. Hinting is something that can be improved later without impacting the metrics (italic is also used less than the Regular), which is why I've set it to "low"
