Cannot create new folder

Bug Description

The okay button remains inactive, can only cancel.
The delete field content 'x' doesn't work as well.

OTA10 with Nexus 4

I can create a folder without a problem on both my Meizu MX4 and BQ M10. Though on the M10 you need to touch onto the text field after entering the folder name to make the okay button active

I confirm the workaround by Mike Jelfs for M10 (touch onto the text field after entering the folder name). But still I believe that this is a bug which must be fixed.
