Bug Description
I found that qt is supporting xdg-user-dirs localization here:
although, I'm not sure what the #ifndef QT_BOOTSTRAPPED test means ...
But the xdg-user-dirs packages is missing from the phone (RTM 7) so there is no .config/
so the user directories are still in english only.
