Bug Description
Latest git intrepid source of eeepc-laptop causes segment violation on mod unload.
I've checked it on OpenSUSE 11.1 only, so unsure about Ubuntu 8.10 (don't have it).
I've revert back to version from 2008-10-31 and it unloads normally.

It still works, so I think problem was introduced in this patch (2008-11-27).
Please check on yours Ubuntu/EEE.
