Bug Description
The rebase against lp:ubuntu-website/light-base-theme is essentially complete. There are a few more steps that need to be taken.
[DONE]
* Trademarked theme needs to be included and link to external images. (Maybe the css online only?)
* Bug 629574 NEEDS to be fixed before release - this bug will include what was removed from there
* Minor bugs need to be found and squashed. (Major ones should not exist at this point.)
* RTL CSS needs to be updates and verified.
* Pop off trademark specific changes to make it fully GPLv2 compatible
* Allow an option to add some of these changes back into the theme | CSS, Images

For reasons of keeping sanity... I chose to just apply different pallets per use selection. These will definitely need to be testing but seem to be working. This will make the addition of a style sheet for trademarked content much easier.
