Bug Description
Budgie 23.10 Daily Build. Main Menu presents a button to Install Now.
When you select that option a quick response prompt of the following is displayed.
"Open the menu and search for 'Install RELEASE'" with sole selection option "OK".
I was able to see in the list of applications the "Install RELEASE" which I assume this popup message is referring to.
This is not user friendly. The Install Budgie button should have launched this "Install RELEASE" application instead of telliing the user to go look for it.

Closing that ubuntu- desktop- installer report since the component is deprecated. We aren't going to fix 23.10 installer bugs at this point and Noble uses ubuntu- desktop- provision, feel free to reopen/reassign to that component if that's still an issue with the noble beta image
