Mismatch in values (and units) between manual partitioning table and "edit partition" dialog

Bug Description

The manual partitioning table says 500.10GB but the "edit partition" dialog says 476937MB.
The UI doesn't let me type 500.10GB, and when I go ahead with 476937MB, the partition table says 500.10GB.
