In "Connect to a network", UI allows stealing focus from one network to another

Bug Description

I selected a network to connect to, and connecting to it took a while.
While the ubuntu logo was spinning (nice!) I was able to click on any other network in the list, and the UI allowed stealing focus from the network it attempted to connect to.
This is a bit confusing because while connecting to network X the focus can be on network Y.

The bug description shows that you don't have ubiquity installed.
UbiquitySyslog.txt shows you are using the new installer so moving to that project.

affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu) → ubuntu-desktop-installer

Thanks!
I followed the instructions QA instructions for mantic[1], which say:

For problems encountered ...
... during the installation itself: ubuntu-bug ubiquity
