Bug Description
The wall of Ubuntu's Facebook page is plagued by help requests on various topic regarding the installation and usage of Ubuntu. The Info section of the wall doesn't link to the places where actual help can be sought either. No one except for one or two users attempt to help them get through the problems. Without any guidance these users can become frustrated and abandon Ubuntu, and also decrease the reputation of the GNU/Linux as a whole.
Instead of abandoning these considerable users, they should be guided to the community help solution that are available. Either that or at the very least a Discussion Board for Ubuntu's page should get the users through the preliminary troubleshooting after which they can referred to a respective section in the Ubuntu Forums or IRC. Having them added to the active Ubuntu Community will no doubt help fuel Ubuntu's relevance to the regular users and push for Ubuntu's development.
A link to the support page somewhere on Facebook would send people to all the supported means of support: http:// www.ubuntu. com/support
