"Teamwork" section of COC too focused on responsibility of a leader

In this section, the Code of Conduct states elaborates on the role of the leader in deciding whether to delegate tasks or to carry the responsibility upon themselves. However, this is more suitable to be places in the "Leadership, authority and responsibility" section, which elaborates on characteristics of leadership. Information such as how every member of a team to contribute equally and help one another should be placed under the "Teamwork" section, as this is crucial in maintaining the bond within a team.
