Bug Description
After going through the CoC, I realized that it's unclear about what actions Ubuntu will take against the users that violate the rules of resolving issues in a respectful and considerate manner. For example, if the "conflicts of interest" go too far and the disagreements within the participants of the project aren't resolved "constructively", then how will the Ubuntu community act on it?
